This self-defense seminar will teach situational awareness, de-escalation tactics, and practice combative techniques with our certified instructors.
The cost is $25 per person. Any extra donations are greatly appreciated.
This event is open to women ages 12 and older. Any minors will require a waiver and a parent present at all times.
All participants must sign our waiver and bring it with them on the day of the event.
