AWARE PROGRAMS
Class goals: Empowerment, confidence, trust/belief in self, increased self-awareness, assertiveness and self-worth.
All of our classes are team-taught by a female lead instructor and at least one or more assistant instructors at all times. Our classes are structured to be inclusive, regardless of age, fitness level or physical limitations. We work around disabilities and existing injuries to discover what works best for your body.
We offer private (1-2 persons), semi-private (3-4), small groups (5-19), and large groups (over 20).
